The University of South Carolina 2025 football schedule has not yet been released. However, the Gamecocks are expected to play a challenging schedule that will include games against several top-ranked opponents. The Gamecocks will open the season at home against the Georgia Bulldogs on September 6th. They will then travel to Fayetteville, Arkansas to take on the Razorbacks on September 13th. South Carolina will have their first bye week of the season on September 20th. They will then return to action on September 27th when they host the Kentucky Wildcats. The Gamecocks will then travel to College Station, Texas to take on the Texas A&M Aggies on October 4th. South Carolina will have their second bye week of the season on October 11th. They will then return to action on October 18th when they host the Vanderbilt Commodores. The Gamecocks will then travel to Gainesville, Florida to take on the Florida Gators on October 25th. South Carolina will have their third bye week of the season on November 1st. They will then return to action on November 8th when they host the Tennessee Volunteers. The Gamecocks will then travel to Columbia, Missouri to take on the Missouri Tigers on November 15th. South Carolina will close out the regular season at home against the Clemson Tigers on November 22nd.
The Gamecocks are expected to be a competitive team in 2025. They have a number of talented players returning from last season, including quarterback Spencer Rattler and wide receiver Josh Vann. South Carolina is also expected to have a strong defense led by defensive end Zacch Pickens and linebacker Mohamed Kaba. The Gamecocks will be looking to improve on their 7-6 record from last season and earn a bowl berth.
